What is goingTODAY and who's behind it?
You guessed it... another site trying to sell you something. Except for one thing... we know that you are big on technology and you like music? oh yes... and you have a paypal account.. RIGHT??
We are goingTODAY.com - Simple, clean and fast. We will offer one item everyday for sale until sold out. Our Items are generally geared towards the musician geek! If you don't like todays item, we will offer a
New item tonight at Midnight - EST. Our parent company WrightWay Music Products has been around since 1975. So don't worry too much about us sending you some worthless crap.
I see only one item, do you sell anything else?
No. We sell one item per day until it is sold out or until 11:59pm Eastern
time when it is replaced. However, each item we
sell is in stock and typically ships within 2-3 business days.
What is the schedule for new items?
The short answer: we offer a new item every single day. The details: a new
product is released every morning at 12am Eastern time, seven days a week. (If
you're not a morning person, this can be described as every night at midnight.
Better?) If a product sells out during its run, a new item will not appear
until the next release time. You will know if a product is sold out, because
the main page says "SOLD OUT" instead of offering a PayPal button.
I missed yesterday's item, can I still get one?
No. Each goingTODAY.com product is discontinued at 11:59pm Eastern time.
That's that. Period. We have no
waiting/notification lists.
I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?
No. We are not staffed to handle all of your questions via phone but you can use the contact us area of the site to get in touch with us.
How do I return a defective product?
Send an email to rma@goingTODAY.com
with your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the
detailed problem with the item. We will respond with return authorization 2 business days. Because we may or may not have a replacement in
stock, you should be prepared for a refund-only option if that's all we can
do. Know that return freight will be at your expense.
Will goingTODAY ever tell us how many units remain available
in a given sale?
No. That would spoil the fun.
Does goingTODAY offer an RSS feed?
Yes. Simply subscribe to

Ordering
How do I create a goingTODAY account?
You can't. Currently we only accept PayPal. It is better and safer for
everyone. We don't want to be in the business of knowing your credit card
number.
What payment options do I have?
Only Paypal for now. This will be changing in the future.
What are my shipping options?
Currently, your shipping options are limited. An item can ship if you
order it, or not ship if you don't. We will ship by common carrier and try to
stick with the same service for most items. Right now, we are making the USPS
happy, but depending on a particular item, we could change to save cost.
Can I track my order?
No - we do not offer tracking. At least not yet. Do not email us the next
day asking when your item will ship. Take a breath. Play some mozart.
